Land Shark Transpo is simple to use and was created in order for the client (you) to capitalize on providing quick, fast and reliable delivery service to your customers without any delivery cost for the client. 

DELIVERY FEE'S

Land Shark Transpo's delivery fee is $5 dollars. 

Some clients like to offer free delivery to their customers while absorbing the delivery cost for each order. Others charge their customers up to $10 dollars for delivery, while profiting from the service.

We believe the fee that's best for both bringing back repeat customers, raising client sales profits and minimizing customer complaints, is to charge the customers only our $5 dollar delivery fee. This fee is extremely competitive in the market place, while the general public is already accustomed to paying a minimum of $5 dollars, if not much higher for their current delivery sources. This set up enables the client to offer a great service to their customer with no cost to the client. Keeping in mind the rapidly increasing delivery/service fees to customers from UberEats, Door Dash, Caviar & Postmates, your delivery service will quickly become your customers favorite way to get your product. 

HOW THE SERVICE WORKS

Any of your own online ordering services and/or third party ordering services that will be utilizing Land Shark Transpo (GrubHub, Eat24, etc) would now need to include your preferred delivery charge. If a delivery order is received over the phone instead of online, the client would also need to include the delivery fee.

After an order comes in, the client simply sends a request to Land Shark through our dispatch request via web browser (instructions listed below under "placing a dispatch request"). This can be done on any phone, desktop/laptop computer, or POS that includes browsing capabilities. Most third party online ordering services (GrubHub, Eat24, etc) also provide "parcing messages" at no cost, which send a message directly to Land Shark when an order is received, triggering our deliverers to the clients pick-up location without the client having to send a request.  

HOW THE PAYMENTS WORK

Of the $5 dollar Land Shark service fee, the client directly pays the deliverer/driver $4 in cash when the deliverer arrives for the requested pick-up. The client is then billed the remaining $1 in a bi-weekly invoice. This process has proven to be the easiest and most  efficient for all parties while minimizing additional billing and month to month invoice scanning.

During the same exchange that the deliverer is paid their $4 fee, the deliverer also collects any delivery tips that may have been included in the customers online or over the phone payments. The customers are also permitted to pay the deliverers tips in cash upon delivery. Additionally, the deliverers will also take credit card receipts in order for customers to sign when needed.  If the customer includes a credit card tip upon signing, the deliverer is directed to come back to the pick-up location prior to that days closing in order to exchange the receipt for their tip.  

NOTE: In order to assure the safety of Land Shark Transpo deliverers/drivers, we do not carry cash in order to make change for cash payment orders. Therefore, we are unable to accept cash payment delivery requests.    

PLACING A DISPATCH REQUEST

1. To place a dispatch request for a Land Shark deliverer to pick-up, pull up the following web address from any browser http://landshark.tookan.in/#/page/login This will bring you to our login page. Insert your assigned User name and Password and click login.

2. Once logged in, you will see two unchecked boxes. One for pick-up and one for delivery.

3. First, check the box for pick-up. You will see your locations name, number and address already filled in by default.

4. There is no need to adjust any of this info. However, you must insert a pick-up time into the empty "pick-up before" field. Today's date with fifteen minutes from the time of request is standard.

5. Now check the delivery box. You will see empty fields awaiting the customers info.

6. It is most important to insert the exact customers name, phone number and address in which the food is going to be delivered (email info and additional notes are not important). Once you start to insert the address, auto fill will conviently give you selections to scroll to and pick.

7. Last step is to insert today's date and the time in which the food must be delivered by into the "delivered by" field. Standard is 45 minutes from the time the customer placed the order.

8. Then click the "place order" button. Your request is now complete and the Land Shark delivery team will be on their way.

NOTE: If you would like to check the status of a previously placed order, click the "Order History" button on the left side of the screen. This will take you to the next page in which all of your past requests will be shown. Click the "Complete Before" column on the top right in order to sort the items listed, shuffling the most recent requests to the top in numeric order.
