This should end well........ Bieber's Neighbors Told by Police: Take Matters Into Your Own Hands w/ Citizen's Arrest

Justin Bieber's trail of liquor and litter at his Beverly Hills condo has set his neighbors off ... and now we know the cops have talked to them about placing the singer under citizen's arrest.

TMZ broke the story ... cops came to the condo 6 TIMES over the weekend -- 4 times for excessive noise in the middle of the night.  Bieber partied hard -- 75 guests on Saturday night and 20 on Sunday.

The pictures on the rooftop deck tell only part of the story. People in the building tell TMZ ... the hallways and elevators reeked of pot.  And several guests say drug use was obvious.  

One person says, "There were bimbos lining up to do drugs in the lobby bathroom."

Law enforcement sources tell us ... cops have spoken to residents, Bieber and his management to resolve the situation.

We're told police informed residents cops can't make an arrest for a misdemeanor if they don't see it happen ... but the residents can take matters into their own hands by placing Bieber under arrest.

Justin Bieber's Calabasas neighbors can finally breathe a sigh of relief ... because the Biebs is moving out --  after scoring a million dollar profit from the new buyer ... Khloe Kardashian.

We broke the story ... Bieber decided to move out of Calabasas in January after numerous run-ins with neighbors and law enforcement -- where he felt trapped in his own home -- and now he dumped it off on Khloe.

Bieber bought the house in 2012 for just over $6 mil.  Real estate sources tell TMZ ... Khloe bought the home for $7.2 million.

As for Khloe ... she sold her Tarzana estate to "Big Bang Theory" star Kaley Cuoco for $5.49 mil.

The move makes sense for K.K. -- her sister Kourtney recently purchased the nearby home of Keyshawn Johnson ... who had his fair share of beef with J.B.

We're told Khloe will do some remodeling, because Justin's 19-year-old taste doesn't suit her.

Petition To Deport Justin Bieber Gaining Steam

Usually the novelty petitions that cycle through WhiteHouse.gov’s We The People program are fun diversions with no real chance of actually receiving Executive review. (The effort to name R. Kelly‘s “Ignition (Remix)” our National Anthem was a recent failure.) But a new (grammatically and factually suspect) petition to have recently arrested star Justin Bieber deported from the US has a real shot at hitting the threshold for official review.

“We would like to see the dangerous, reckless, destructive, and drug abusing, Justin Bieber deported and his green card revoked,” the petition reads. “He is not only threatening the safety of our people but he is also a terrible influence on our nations youth. We the people would like to remove Justin Bieber from our society.” The petition needs 100,000 signatures by February 22 in order to proceed to the next step of the process, and as of this writing it is well on its way, needing only 31,948 more. What say you, Beliebers?

Justin Bieber released on bond from Miami jail for drunk driving arrest

The troubled Canadian singer, Justin Bieber, was released from jail on Thursday after being arrested for drunk driving, resisting arrest and driving without a valid licence.

Police in Miami Beach pulled him over just after 4am when they saw him racing in a yellow Lamborghini on a residential street that had been blocked by two black SUVs. Officers reported that Bieber, 19, initially resisted arrest, swore at them and demanded to know why he was being picked up.

His friend, Khalil Amir Sharieff, who was driving a red Ferrari, was also arrested.

Bieber, who sported a broad smile for his booking picture,  wore bright red jail fatigues when he and Sharieff appeared by video link for their arraignment hearing. They remained silent as their defence attorney, Roy Black, negotiated bond. Bieber's was set at $2,500, Sharieff’s at $1,000.

The Night Misguided Justin Bieber Fans Turned To EL-P For Support

VIA PigeonsandPlanes.com: Yesterday, police raided Justin Bieber’s house after an incident last week in which the singer allegedly egged a neighbor’s house. According to TMZ, the LAPD served the 19-year-old with a search warrant for anything relating to the dubious egg-throwing, which frankly doesn’t make any fucking sense because besides the eggs that were thrown, what other kind of evidence is involved with egging someone’s house? Maybe like a plan of action scribbled down on a Taco Bell wrapper? I don’t know, at this point I’m exhausted by Bieber’s life but he keeps popping up, so here we are.

Anyways, during the raid, police found what they now believe is molly belonging to Justin’s close friend Lil Za and Za was consequently arrested yesterday morning for drug possession. This whole ordeal obviously sparked a lot of reaction from the Twitter community, but out of the sea of those making jokes about pretty much anything having to do with this, an unlikely voice emerged: El-P. The rapper Tweeted his disapproval for the need to use law enforcement for something as stupid as egging someone’s house; and while his point is understandable, many young Beliebers looking for a voice of reason took this mistakenly as the rapper defending Bieber. How they found El, no one knows but once they did they followed, retweeted, and praised. In droves. The result was hours of El-P hilariously dealing with Beliebers in a way only El-P could. JUSTIN BIEBER TO LAUNCH DJ CAREER WITH IBIZA RESIDENCY (Watchout Paris Hilton)

Mixmag has received reports that Justin Bieber will soon be kicking off a DJ career.

Sources close to the star say that he's going to announce his new direction with a residency in Ibiza this season and there's hints that he could take on Vegas too.

Details of which venues Bieber will play at are hazy at the moment but we can confirm that he's requested mixing lessons from Usher's tour DJ and top talent agency Starting From Scratch.

“Justin could become the highest paid DJ in the world, commanding the same money he’s earned from complicated stadium tours for simple one hour DJ sets” a source told Mixmag. The biggest clubs in Ibiza and Vegas have begun a bidding war to sign up DJ JB, hoping he'll be ready for a weekly residency by June of this year.

Insiders reckon the teen sensation has grown tired of his pop image after having spent more time in nightclubs since his 19th birthday.

He was recently denied access from Sankeys in Manchester and it's been reported that he managed to get into Watergate in Berlin over the weekend. Bieber will kick off the German leg of his world tour in Hamburg next Tuesday and it seems as if he's taking full advantage of the legendary German nightlife.

Last week he revealed he wished to take a break from making music, thought that doesn't seem to be stopping him from wanting to play music.
